The company commenced operations in 2005 initially engaging in the used and recycled oil business. The management team is focused on increasing value through a combination of organic growth and strategic acquisitions. Corporate assets are primarily operated and high working interest with focus on assets located in Alberta. The combination of management skill and focused asset base, positions the Company well for future growth and increased value.

Our plan is to use our strong production base to develop our inventory of oil and gas projects in the current environment and focus on our gas inventory as prices strengthen. We expect the company to differentiate itself as a balanced mid size producer with above average volume growth. With its low-cost structure and growth opportunities in hand, Conserve Oil Corporation is position well for a quick rebound when gas prices recover.
