Conserve Oil Corporation has signed an exclusive alliance agreement with Schlumberger Canada Limited, whereby Schlumberger will provide technical expertise to prepare a development and optimization plan for certain oil and gas fields in Western Canada that exhibit excellent potential for optimization of production and reserves.

Schlumberger, a company with more than 80 years of experience in the oil and gas industry worldwide, will work closely with Conserve Oil Corporation to design and implement these development and optimization plans to increase oil and natural gas production and to maximize recovery of the hydrocarbon reserves.
